Leave the 7-dfbx on the shelf
Have you ever heard of 7-dfbx? This is a weight loss pill making the rounds in health food stores and online which is claiming to bring you amazing weight loss results. The makers promise that this product is exactly what you need to help you lose 7, 10, even 14 pounds in little to no time at all. But could that possibly be right?
I did a little checking around on the 7-dfbx product and have to say that I was greatly disappointed with what I found. Not only is this a product that is grossly exaggerating what it can do for you, it is one that is filled with all sorts of additives and fillers that do absolutely nothing for you in the end.
7-dfbx is a weight loss product that is filled with caffeine, but very few other ingredients which would lead to lasting weight loss success. Of course, there have been many products in the past which have rested their weight loss laurels on the results that people will get when taking caffeine, but is that really very healthy for you?
In the end, caffeine does help to jump start your metabolism leading to some weight loss. But it is typically not going to be the kind of weight loss which will stand the test of time.
What’s more, this product is so full of caffeine that the pill acts almost as a diuretic, leading you to lose water weight but little else.
And at $20 for a one week supply who could even afford to try the 7 -dfbx product for very long?
It may be tempting to try a product like 7-dfbx for a while since they make such bold claims about the weight loss results that you will receive when you use their product. But this is not one which help you accomplish your weight loss goals. Try healthier foods and exercise, and you are guaranteed to get much better results than you will simply by taking 7-dfbx.
